Coaches here are a few items that you may want to pass along to your athletes:

*************************TRAFFIC WARNING********************************
All traffic entering West Milton on Saturday morning should avoid using St. Rt. 571. There is construction work being done. Accessing the area using North or South St. Rt 48 is your best option.
******************************REVISED SCHEDULE***************************
Due to the large possibility of inclement weather and number of kids entered in the races, we will be running one junior high boys race. Make sure all boys report to the start line for the race starting at 11:40am
If we have weather delay’s we will resume races on a rolling time schedule. Our course has a PA system in the stadium and announcements will be made on time changes.

1. Non competing athletes chips need returned to the infield buckets.
2. The first 70 athletes in each race will be sent through the barn to receive their individual awards.
3. The winning teams Coach in each race need to report to the Cant Stop Running tent to get 5 USA Champions jerseys.
4. Each school registered for the meet will receive a custom running hat courtesy of Cant stop running.
5. All athletes can sign up for a drawing at the Cant Stop Running tent for a Garmin watch and a free pair of shoes. Drawing will be done at 12pm.
6. All athletes will receive a card worth a % off from the shoe store in Piqua.
7. Packets will also have gift cards for coaches.
8. Have athletes go over woods, do not tear down caution tape or move signs.
9. Your teams will be dropped off at entrance and then be parked on other side of course.
10. Please set up camps along track fence and grass area across track by the 200 meter start line.
