Baumspage Event

Please read all information carefully and note the travel section!

Entry Deadline
We are using baumspage as usual. Due to using chip timing this year, the entry deadline will be Tuesday, August 22 at noon the week of the meet. This will allow time to set everything up in the system.

Races
Please ensure that you bring your teams to the starting line for the races they are assigned on the meet information. Chip timing is being used, there will be a bib and chip for each runner in your packet.

Travel
Some VERY IMPORTANT information for those of you who will be traveling to Seneca East via the West on SR 224. SR 224 was just closed between Tiffin and Attica, specifically between SR 67 and CR 17 as they are redoing a bridge. Those of you coming from Toledo might see it best to use US 20 through and turn off at SR 19 and go through Green Springs and Republic. Some of you might find it best to just go around the country block (attached is a map of the suggested country block). Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions. If you use the country block it should only add less than 5 minutes to your route, as it is not difficult at all.

Concessions & T-Shirts
Once again this year we will be offering t-shirts at a cost of $15. Relatively inexpensive concessions will be available including water and pop for $1, Gatorade for $1.50, sandwiches for $2 or less, and etc.

Hydration
Please make sure your athletes drink plenty of fluids leading up to race day. This August has been mild so far, but there is always a potential for extremely hot conditions early in the season.
