Online Seeding Information

• Boys Teams: Ada, Allen East, Antwerp, Archbold, Ayersville, Bluffton, Coldwater, Columbus Grove, Crestview (Convoy), Edgerton, Edon, Evergreen, Fairview, Fayette, Fort Recovery, Hicksville, Hilltop, Holgate, Kalida, Liberty Center, Liberty-Benton, Lima Central Catholic, Lincolnview, Marion Local, Minster, Montpelier, New Bremen, New Knoxville, Ottoville, Parkway, Patrick Henry, Perry, Pettisville, Riverdale, Spencerville, St. Henry, St. John's, Stryker, Tinora, Upper Scioto Valley, Wayne Trace, Waynesfield-Goshen (42 teams)
• Girls Teams: Allen East, Antwerp, Archbold, Ayersville, Bluffton, Coldwater, Columbus Grove, Delta, Crestview (Convoy), Edgerton, Edon, Fairview, Fayette, Fort Recovery, Genoa, Hicksville, Hilltop, Holgate, Kalida, Liberty-Benton, Liberty Center, Lima Central Catholic, Lincolnview, Marion Local, Minster, Montpelier, New Bremen, New Knoxville, Ottoville, Pandora-Gilboa, Parkway, Patrick Henry, Perry, Pettisville, Riverdale, Spencerville, St. Henry, St. John's, Stryker, Tinora, Upper Scioto Valley, Wayne Trace, Waynesfield-Goshen (43 teams)
• Four (4) teams in each District Race and those individuals not on a qualifying team who finish in the top sixteen (16) positions will advance to the Regional Tournament. 
  • The Boys District Race 1 and District Race 2 will qualify to Tiffin and District Race 3 will qualify to Youngstown.
  • The Girls District Race 1 and District Race 2 will qualify to Tiffin and District Race 3 will qualify to Troy.
• Please note: There will be no meeting to assign teams to the races!   Teams will be ranked by vote of coaches. 
• Coaches will have from 8:00 AM, Sunday, October 2 to 10:00 PM, Wednesday, October 5 to submit seed information.
  • Include Number of Athletes that will be participating at the district.
  • Include top 7 runners time/location.
  • Results and Additional  Seed Information.
    • Results -  list Place/Site/Race/Number of teams (Example: 4/21 Tiffin Division III, 2/19 Galion Large School, ect.)
    • Other information - 5th in Coach's Poll. etc.
• After 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 6 you will be able to view the submitted seed information and rank the teams. Print a copy and determine your ranking.
• The online voting window will open at 8:00 AM, Thursday, October 6th and close precisely at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 7.
  • Login to your account on www.baumspage.com and use My Sports | Submit Rosters | Submit Vote - Vote Here to access the voting forms.
  • Your e-mail address and the date/time stamp will be used for validation purposes!
  • If you make an error, click back on your browser and submit a corrected file!
  • Votes submitted after 2:00 PM on Friday will not be tabulated!
• The final tally listing teams in ranked order will be posted on Friday when ready!
  • Full teams (5 or more runners) will be seeded first. Schools without full teams (4 or fewer runners) will be assigned to the district races in seeded order.
• Beginning at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 9th coaches will be called in order of rank to place their team in one of three races.
  • The girls coaches in seeded order will be called first and given their choice of races, and then the boys coaches will be called.
    • If you will not be available by phone at that time contact the manager before 1:00 PM on Sunday:
      • Please indicate your preference (if available) or provide an alternate number or designate an assistant or someone who can make your selection for you!
    • Teams whose coaches are not available will be assigned is seeded order after all selections have been made!
  • The Boys District Race 1 and District Race 2 will qualify to Tiffin and District Race 3 will qualify to Youngstown.
  • The Girls District Race 1 and District Race 2 will qualify to Tiffin and District Race 3 will qualify to Troy.
