08-12-2013, 6:29 PM - The breakdown between Large and Small school is around 230.  Schools from 215 to 245 can choose between Large and Small school.  Those schools larger than 245 and smaller than 215 should choose the large and small school designation (respectively). Smaller schools may choose the large school but large school cannot move down.  <br><br />
