Coaches,

This is intended to be a summary of the Cross Country Seed and Vote process as it has evolved. To submit your seed information, you will need to login to your account.

Help and Screen shots for Coaches:

• Please submit a tentative roster ASAP! You may login and edit it anytime before the window closes.
• Go to www.baumspage.com and click on Online Entry or Login.
• Use Coaches | Cross Country | Submit Rosters to access the entry template.

• Note: the number of athletes entered will automatically be listed as part of your Seed Information Bio.
• And you will not be able to Cast Your Vote if you have not submitted a tentative roster!
• To access the Voting Link screen, click Submit Seeds and Vote in the green bar below the meet information.
  
  • Click + Submit Team Bio or + Cast Ballot to expand the module.
  • Use - Submit Team Bio or - Cast Ballot to close module.
• Select + Submit Team Bio to access the seed bio form.
  
  • Enter appropriate times and courses for your athletes.
  • Enter additional information in the text box at the bottom. team places in invitationals and whatever is helpful.
  • Sample 3rd of out 12 in the D2 Race at Galion. Or 4th in OATCCC Poll, etc..
  • When the Enter Team Seed Information window closes, click + View Team Bios to view data from all teams that submitted.
  • After the information is loaded on the screen, click Download All Team Seed Bios to generate a text file that can be viewed or printed using Notepad.
• When the Voting window opens, select + Cast Ballot to access the voting form.
  
  • The initial team list will be displayed in random order!
  • Drag-and-drop teams until all are ranked in order from 1st to last.
  • Click Save Vote to submit your ranking.
  • You may return and edit your rank anytime before the window closes.
• Click Review Your Voting Choices to view your current ballot.
• After the information is loaded on the screen, click Download Your Ballot to generate a text file that can be viewed or printed using Notepad.
• After the voting window closes, click Voting Results to see the final tally.
• Note: All schools will be listed in the final tally, but those with four or less athletes entered will be moved to the bottom before the race assignments are final!
