To enter a "B" team in the same tournament as the "A" Team:
  1. The B team for your school must be added to the online database.  Click the Add School Link and submit a request.
  2. You will need to establish a separate account for your School/Sport for the "B" team with a different UserID.
  3. You cannot have both the "A" team and the "B" team on the same account!

Follow steps below:

  1. After the "B" team is added to the list of schools, you will need to Apply for a separate account and select your School with the "B" at the end .
    • To make your UserID and Password easy to remember:
      • Use your regular e-mail address with a "1" at the end of the address and the same password!
      • Even though the e-mail address won't be valid, we'll know it's for your "B" team!
  2. Enter your athletes for the "A" Team (regular team) as you always do:
    • Use Add/Modify Athletes to enter your complete roster for the regular team. Include everyone that could possibly participate!  
      • You do not have to delete any names if they are already entered on your "A" roster.
    • Use Submit Event Rosters to submit entries for the tournament.
      • Click Save/Submit and Print Roster to save entries and Printable Roster and Confirmation Form button to print a copy for you records.
  3. For a “B” team, use the “B” account and enter only the athletes that are actually participating on the “B” team!
    •  Use Add/Modify Athletes to enter only the athletes on the "B" team.
      • Do not delete any names if they are already entered on your "A" roster!
    •  Use Submit Event Rosters to submit entries for this tournament.
      • Review the athletes listed.
      • Click Save/Submit and Print Roster to save entries and Printable Roster and Confirmation Form button to print a copy for your records.
  4. If there are any problems with the Online Form, click the Help link and submit a Help Request.
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for a response!  * Most responses will be in less than 8 hours.
