Schedule of events and times:

            **This is our first year for two events the same day; SHOTGUN times are absolute, all other times

                        are approximate.

 7:30 a.m.: Registration; team information packet distributed

 7:45 a.m.: Driving Range Open; Holes 1, 7, 8 and 9 of the Executive 9 will also be available for practice for

            JV participants; Following the 9:00 am shotgun start, Driving Range and Executive 9 will be

            available the entire day for the varsity Tournament participants.

 8:45 a.m.: Players Meeting on or near the putting green

 8:50 a.m.: Depart for holes

 9:00 a.m.: Shotgun start for JV teams

11:00 p.m.: Lunch (JV players may eat as they complete their rounds.)

 12:15 p.m.: Meeting on/near putting green for Scarlet participants

 12:20 p.m.: Depart for holes

 12:30 p.m.: Shotgun start for the varsity teams

 1:00 p.m.: Approximate time for JV awards following calculation of scores

 6:00 p.m.: Approximate time for varsity awards following calculation of scores
