The Coaches Meeting for the 2009 Sectional Tournament will be held in the hospitality room promptly at 5:15PM on Friday, February 20th. |

| Wrestling will begin at 6:00PM (3 Mats). Doors will open for fans at 5:00
– Championship First Round and Championship Quarterfinals will be wrestled. There will be no consolation rounds wrestled on Friday night. |

| Saturday, Feb. 21st - Session #2 | Weigh ins begin at 9:00am (if needed) |
Wrestling will begin at 11:00AM (3 Mats). Doors will open for fans at 10:00AM – First and second round of consolations will begin at 11am. Championship Semis/Consolation Quarterfinal will begin at Noon. The semi finals will run on two mats while the consolation quarterfinals will start on one mat and will complete on all three mats when they come available. Consolation Semifinals will begin no earlier than 2:00PM on all three mats. All wrestlers, coaches and fans will be required to clear the gym prior to the final round. |

| Saturday, Feb. 21st - Session #3 | The Parade of Champions will begin at 6:00 and wrestling will begin at
6:15 (3 Mats). Wrestlers that will be completing for 1st thru 6th place need to be back at the school for the Parade of Champions by 5:30. The doors will open for fans & wrestlers at 5:00 PM. All awards will be given upon the completion of the 285 pound weight class. |
