Teams listed below have successfully declared their intent to participate through myOHSAA.

The deadline for the athletic administrator to declare was 11:59 PM on Saturday, March 23.

The school principal or athletic director must contact Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org) before May 4, 2019,
 if their school no longer wishes to have student-athletes participate in this tournament should they have an athlete qualify.

The lists below will not reflect withdrawals, but athletes/relays on the Top 50 Performance List will be cleared.



The OHSAA ID number must be used as the Hy-Tek Code when submitting qualifying data.
