Excel Export: OHSAA Excel Report Form
  1. Prior to the meet, make sure the team abbreviations match the Hy-Tek Code in the OHSAA MS Hy-Tek Codes.
    1. Sites using other entry systems should edit the Team Abbreviations to match the Hy-Tek Codes prior to the meet.
  2. To qualify for the state tournament, the meet must use Fully Automatic Timing for the track events and have the field event marks certified by a registered OHSAA Track and Field Official.
    1. If the meet used FAT and had a registered OHSAA Track and Field Official to certify the field event marks.
    2. Click the link to the OHSAA Top 50 Performance List.
    3. If an athlete or relay has a mark that is equal to or better than the current top 32 marks listed, use the OHSAA Excel Report Form.
  3. Download and open the OHSAA Excel Report Form
    1. Review the Instruction worksheet.  (print if necessary)
    2. Note the cells in the two worksheets are formatted for text so the marks will import as text into the database.
      1. If you paste the tmes into the worksheet, always use Paste Special | Text.
    3. Select the Individual worksheet and enter the necessary information.
      1.  Use the appropriate Event names: 100H, 200H, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, DT, SP, HJ, LJ, or PV
      2. Use the OHSAA Hy-Tek Code and Team Name listed in the OHSAA MS Hy-Tek Codes.
        1. If a team is not listed, use an abbreviation and team name to identify it.
        2. The Hy-Tek Code and Team Name will be added to the file when your data is converted.
      3. Times must be listed properly to hundredths: 37.43, 1:56.80, 5:04.10, etc.
      4. Field event marks should have feet and inches separated by a hyhen: 6-04.50, 112-09, 15-5.5, etc.
    4. Select the Relay worksheet and enter the necessary information.
      1.  Use the appropriate Event names: 4x100, 4x200, or 4x400
      2. Use the OHSAA Hy-Tek Code and Team Name listed in the OHSAA MS Hy-Tek Codes.
      3. Times must be listed properly to hundreths: 37.43, 1:56.80, 5:04.15, etc.
    5. Name the file appropriately to identify the meet: Example: Greenville Quad 4-10.csv or whatever. 
      1. Please include Meet Name & Date
