OHSAA Tournament Entry/Withdraw Deadline for Boys and Girls Cross Country is October 12.

The myOHSAA system is being used to manage your OHSAA sports and tournament participation.  Beginning with the 2007-08 school year, the myOHSAA system will be used to manage and process OHSAA tournament entries.  The tournament entry/withdraw deadlines for each sport have been moved closer to the common draw date for each sport and can be found on pages 62-63 of the 2007-08 OHSAA Handbook.  Schools will still need to access the online entry process through “Tournament Entry” on myOHSAA even if the school previously indicated they would participate in the tournament through the participation card process in the spring.

Each school must complete the tournament entry process for each sport in which they are participating during the tournament entry period as outlined on the myOHSAA system.  To access the tournament entry:

• Logon to myOHSAA
• Click on “Tournament Entry” in the left column
• Follow the instructions on the tournament entry page by clicking on Boys and/or Girls Cross Country and confirming your tournament participation and accessing the online tournament entry form through Baum’s page. NOTE:  Cross Country’s online entry process is different than the other fall sports, completing the process will take you directly to Baum’s page to complete your entry information online, as schools have done in the past.
• THE TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON BAUM’S PAGE.

Reminder: the tournament entry deadline for Boys and Girls Cross Country is October 12, 2007.  Entry/withdraw after October 12, 2007 will incur a $150 fine.
