Online Entry Procedure - OHSAA District Cross Country

On Friday, October 5th, an e-mail OHSAA Tournament Entry/Withdraw Deadline for Boys and Girls Cross Country is October 12 was sent to every high school athletic director in Ohio directing them to myOHSAA to register for the District Tournament Entry for Cross Country before 11:59 PM on October 12th.   Basically the process is now a two-step process, but the two steps are independent of each other. 

  1. The athletic director needs to confirm that the Participation Links for Cross Country have been checked!
  2. The coach needs to login to www.baumspage.com and submit the actual roster!

Please note:

  1. Athletic directors should login to their myOHSAA account and click the link to Tournament Entry.
    1. You may change your tournament participation until 11:59 PM on the end date of the Tournament Entry/Withdraw period as specified by the OHSAA.
    2. For tournament entry/withdraw after the specified date, you must email Angie Lowe (alowe@ohsaa.org) at the OHSAA, and a $150 fine will be imposed.
    3. If there are questions or problems with the myOHSAA account:
      1. Contact Angie Lowe at the OHSAA 614-267-2502 or e-mail alowe@ohsaa.org
    4. The only way the athletic director or athletic department secretary can submit the actual roster is to login to the www.baumspage.com account with the coach's baumspage.com UserId and Password!
    5. Please have your coach submit the online entry before the window closes for your district tournament!

    Athletic directors please note:
    You cannot submit the actual roster on baumspage without using the coach's ID and Password!

  2. Coaches must use the Online Entry Form at www.baumspage.com to submit entries before the entry deadline posted on www.baumspage.com!  Please note:
    1. The Entry Window will close precisely at the time posted on each district tournament web site!
    2. Late entries will not be accepted without OHSAA permission and a possible $150 Late Entry Penalty!
    3. If there are any problems with the Online Form, click the Help link and submit a Help Request!  
      • Please allow 24 hours for a response.  *Most responses will be in less than 8 hours.  
      • Send an e-mail to help@baumspage.com or call Gary Baumgartner at 513-424-6201 or Terry Young at 740-753-0561 if you need immediate help!

    5. If you are ready to submit entries, click the Online Entry Form link and login to your account.
