Online Entry Form Instructions - OHSAA Sectional Wrestling

Use the
Online Entry Form at www.baumspage.com/ to submit entries before the entry deadline.
The Entry Window will close precisely at the time posted on each sectiuonal tournament web site!

  1. Entries must be submitted using the Online Entry Form at www.baumspage.com!
    1. If you are not a "computer user" find an assistant, student, parent, or friend who is!
    2. If someone else enters your data, please review the printed data and confirm the accuracy!
    3. The system is secure!  Only you, the webmaster, and meet officials will see your data!
  2. You will need an account to submit data using Baum’s Page Online Entry System!
    1. If you already have an account, login using your e-mail address and password.
      1. If you need help with your passowrd, click the Forgot your password link request a new one.
    2. If you are a "first time" user, please create your account early! *See #2 below!
      1. If there is a problem creating an account, you may need to temporarily disable a "firewall", change the Internet security setting in your web browser, or try a different computer!
    3. Only one user may be associated per school/team, but one account can include all teams at a school!
  3. The actual data entry is a multi-step process:
    1. Use My Sports | Select Teams to claim your school and team.
    2. Use My Sports | Wrestling | Modify Athletes to enter your athlete's names and grades.
    3. Use My Sports | Wrestling | Submit Rosters to access the entry template.
    4. Click Submit Roster to submit and Get Printable Roster to print a copy for your records.

To enter roster online:

  1. Go to www.baumspage.com, follow links to Sectional Wrestling, or use the Online Entry or Login links at the top of the page.
    1. Click Online Entry Form.
    2. Make sure entries are submitted before the posted entry deadline!.
  2. If you do not have an account, click on Apply here.
    1. Enter the Account Holder’s Name, an active E-mail Address, and a Password.
      1. If you do not have an e-mail account, use the e-mail address of a friend or someone who will give you messages that are sent to the e-mail address.
    2. Enter your Work, Home, and/or Cell phones. *If unlisted, enter unlisted or none.
  3. If you have an account, click on Login and enter your UserID and Password!
    1. Use My Sports | Select Teams to claim your school and team.
    2. Use My Sports | Wrestling | Modify Athletes to enter your athlete's names and grades. *Return at your convenience to edit it.
      1. Type all names in upper and lower case. *Please check all entries carefully!
    3. Use My Sports | Wrestling | Submit Rosters to access the entry template. to submit enter wrestlers and their seed information into the appropriate weight class.
      1. Select the correct sectional and division from the event "drop-down" menu.
        1. Note: Before you can access the Sectional Tournament Entry Template you will be required to enter the Head Coach's Pupil Activity/Coaching Permit (PAP) number.
        2. Use the links on that page if you need help.
        3. There is a link to the Ohio Department of Education web site where you can search for the license number.
        4. If the head coach does not have a current PAP license number, enter None, Pending, or whatever is applicable.
          1. You must enter something before you can access the Sectional Entry Template!.
      2. Click on the Select a Wrestler in each drop-down and select the athlete for each weight class that you intend to enter.
        1. Fill-in the appropriate seed information for wrestlers that meet the criteria
        2. Include the record for every athlete that you are submitting!
      3. Click Submit Roster to save, then click Get Printable Roster to print a copy for your records.
        1. The roster you see on the Confirmation Page is the roster that is submitted!
      4. If there are errors or an athlete is missing, use Modify Athletes to make the correction and use Submit Rosters to submit entries again!
  4. Rosters for a meet can only be submitted or corrected while the "Entry Window" is open!
    1. Submit Rosters early and return to make changes anytime before the window closes.
      1. The window closes automatically precisely at the time and date listed!
      2. After the window closes, you will not be able to edit or submit a roster!
      3. You may make changes when you check-in as long as the athlete is listed on the eligibility certificate!
