Online Entry Procedure - OHSAA District Track

The Track and Field window for entry/withdraw is May 2 - May 9, 2008 and the deadline for Entry/Withdraw w/ Penalty is 11:59 PM on May 10, 2008The process is a two-step process as outlined below: 

STEP 1: The athletic administrator must confirm their school’s tournament participation in myOHSAA prior to May 9 as instructed by the OHSAA.

  1. If there are questions with myOHSAA, e-mail Angie Lawler (alawler@ohsaa.org) at the OHSAA office.

  2. If there is a black checkmark next to each sport, you have completed your part.

  3. Make sure your coaches submit their online rosters before the entry deadline!

STEP 2: Coaches must login to www.baumspage.com and enter their individuals in each event through the online entry form before the entry deadline posted for each tournament! 
Please note:

  1. The Entry Window will close precisely at the time posted on each district tournament web site!

  2. Late entries will not be accepted without approval of the OHSAA office and may result in a $150 penalty!

  3. If there are any problems with the Online Form, click the Help link and submit a Help Request.

  4. If you need detailed instructions, click the Online Entry Instructions link.

  5. If you are ready to submit entries, click the Online Entry Form link and login to your account.
