The seeding/lane assignments for the Regional Meets is as follows:

The first 4 first place finishers in the District

Meets are in lanes 4 & 5,

The 4 second place finishers in the District

Meets are in lanes 6 & 3,

The 4 third place finishers in the District

Meets are in lanes 2 & 7,

The 4 fourth place finishers in the District

Meets are in lanes 8 & 1.

The field events and distance races are blind draws, with no preference given to District finish or distance/height.
