Additional Information	05-14-2013, 2:19 PM - Hello Coaches, Thank you for getting your entries into for the upcoming PTC Championships. A couple items: *The schedules for Wednesday and Friday is accurate. Any flight information information received has been changed. The new flights were randomly generated by the hy-tek software. *We currently have situations where two runners from the same school are in the same qualifying heat. As we are advancing by time, we do not feel this is an issue. Utilizing submitted times should be the most impartial way to handle this. This is what was done. *Please email scratches as soon as possible to scottamercer@juno.com . This will alleviate a hustle on meet day. This can be done on Thursday for Friday events. *Field Event News: **implements will weighed in starting at 2:30 on both days **Wednesday: *****Discus - East Canton (girls - both divisions) *****Shot - Field (boys - both divisions)- Woodridge will provide ONE rake *****High Jump - Rootstown (girls - both divisions)Woodridge will provide ONE 100' tape *****Long Jump - Ravenna (boys - both divisions) Woodridge will provide ONE rake and ONE 100' tape **Friday *****Discus - Crestwood (boys - both divisions) *****Shot - Garfield (girls - both divisions)see above *****High Jump - Streetsboro (boys - both divisions)see above *****Long Jump - Kent (girls - both divisions)see above Team Camps: *NO athletes will be permitted under the HOME bleachers. There will be cars and emergency vehicles that may need access through this area. *Camps will be set up along the fences on the visiting side of the stadium. *Athletes will NOT be permitted inside the fenced area. Coaches passes will be provided for field event areas. Athletes will warm up in the areas outside the stadium nead the finish line. This gate will be managed for athlete entrance and exit ONLY.
