OHSAA has partnered with HomeTown Ticketing to offer OHSAA tournament tickets online. Please reference the following solutions if you have any questions or difficulties when purchasing tickets.

I can’t find my event listed on the website

The games are posted 3-4 business days prior to the event start date if competing teams are known. Please check back shortly as events are constantly being added.

Why did the tickets disappear from my cart before I completed my order?

There is a 7 minute window to complete your purchase before tickets are released to allow others to purchase them. Should your order not be completed in this timeframe, you will not be charged and will need to restart the order process.

Do I need to print out my tickets?

No, all tickets will be attached as a PDF file to the confirmation email. You may either print the tickets or they can be scanned directly from your smartphone.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, HomeTown has a free Fan app for fans to be able to purchase, manage and share their tickets all in one place. You can download the HomeTown Fan App for iOS and Android.

My card was charged but I did not receive my tickets.

  • If you received an error message saying the card was declined, the charge did not complete because of an incorrect security code or billing ZIP code. A pending charge may appear on your credit card account for up to 48 hours. Please re-purchase tickets and verify your credit card information.
  • HomeTown cannot remove pending charges from your account. This is similar to gas stations or grocery stores.
  • If you completed your order and saw a screen that says "You're going to <Event Name>", with a checkmark next to your email, the confirmation email may have ended up in your Spam or Junk folder. If you are still unable to locate your tickets, contact Fan Support and we'll be happy to re-send your tickets to you.

Will I be refunded if the game is cancelled?

Per OHSAA policy, there are NO REFUNDS EXCEPT in the case of an event cancellation due to COVID-19. In this case, all orders will be fully refunded in the coming days. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. From the processing date, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card.
