ATTENTION: IF YOU DID NOT SUBMIT A 'B' TEAM WHEN YOU SUBMITTED YOUR ROSTER, PLEASE BRING WITH YOU ON SATURDAY A LIST OF RUNNERS THAT YOU WANT ON YOUR 'B'TEAM IF YOU PLAN TO RUN A 'B' TEAM. ALSO YOU MAY RUN UP TO 9 RUNNERS ON YOUR VARSITY SQUADS, BUT ONLY 5 RUNNERS WILL BE SCORED.

08-12-2012, 10:09 PM - Attention all coaches: GlenOak had a former runner pass away in a car accident last year. In her honor we will be having a ceremony at 8:15 on August 25th (the morning of the meet) in which we will be renaming the GlenOak course. Please be advised that during this ceremony the meet directors and coaches will not be available to answer questions for a brief period of time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

08-19-2012, 10:52 PM - Attention all coaches:

Despite the fact that there is an option for three divisions at our meet we are only running one race for both boys and girls varsity. The race will not be broken down into divisions and there will only be trophies awarded to the overall champion and runner-up in both boys and girls races. We are considering changing to divisional races in the future, but at this time we are staying with our current format.
