I couldn't find a fair way to divide based on size, so I used Ohio Mile Split to divide based on the PRs recorded for each team in their database. The top 6 men's teams and top 5 ladies' teams will form the "Hawks" division. The remaining teams and any teams with fewer than five runners will form the "Hounds" division. These divisions give even numbers of competitors in each race. Here is the breakout: Men's Hawks Division (11:30 am): Heath, Tri-Valley, Big Walnut, Westerville South, Whitehall-Yearling, Worthington Christian Men's Hounds Division (11:00 am): Lakewood, Highland, Zanesville, Johnstown, Utica, Ridgewood, Northridge, Horizon Science Academy, Oakstone Academy, Marburn Academy, Bishop Ready, East Knox, Tree of Life, West Muskingum Ladies Hawks Division (10:30 am): Big Walnut, Johnstown, Westerville South, Highland, Tri-Valley Ladies Hounds Division (10:00 am): Heath, Lakewood, Bishop Ready, Utica, Whitehall, Northridge, Horizon Science Academy, Zanesville, Ridgewood (Coshocton), Worthington Christian, East Knox, Oakstone Academy, West Muskingum. The numbers are very well balanced with this setup, but I will move teams up to the Hawks division by request if they are seeking more competition to tune up for the end of the season. Don't forget our elementary race at 8:00 am and our open race at 12:00. Races cost $5 and $10 respectively. Proceeds go to the new Johnstown CC and Track scholarship fund.
