This year’s invitational will be held at the Johnstown Community Sportsman’s Club located at 7357 Sportsman’s
Club Rd., Johnstown, OH 43031. The course is a three loop, grass course over slightly rolling terrain. All parts of the
race are visible and accessible to spectators, which makes for an exciting race environment.
We plan to cap the course to around 125 runners. We are confident that we can accommodate that number,
safely upon the starting line and throughout the course. After entries, we may need make adjustments as
necessary to accommodate the number of teams/runners we can allow on the course safely. We appreciate your
understanding in any requests made to change races.

Admission will be $1 for kids and $3 for adults.

Entries will need to be in Baumspage by Tuesday, October 6th at Midnight.
We grouped races in the way that we did with the thought that Large teams are more likely to have different buses
for the middle school and high schools if both are attending. We are encouraging teams to leave promptly after
their races, to minimize contact between teams.
We’re also sorry to not have any elementary races this year. We plan to bring them back next year!
There will be no concession stand at the meet.
If there is inclemate weather our plan is to have spectators and athletes return to their buses/cars.
Please remind parents/athletes that they will need to have facial coverings at the event.

Medals will go to the top 30 runners in each race and plaques to the top 2 teams. There will be a spot for a photo
in the plaques. In past years we have taken the photo and sent them out, this year we will not be doing this. Our
apologies, and we plan to return to normal as soon as we can.
