Additional Information	10-04-2016, 3:32 AM - SEVERE WEATHER OR OTHER EVACUATION In the event of inclement weather the following plan shall be put in place for all participants, coaches, meet personnel, and spectators: Air horns with three sequential blasts will be used to indicated that inclement weather is present and the need to temporarily suspend the event. A single sounding of the air horn will indicate that it is safe to resume the event. Participants, coaches, and meet personnel will be evacuated to Ella Canavan Elementary school building for appropriate shelter. Spectators will be directed to evacuate to their personnel vehicles to seek shelter. Meet officials shall assist in directing participants to Ella Canavan Elementary school building. If race is in progress meet officials will also assist to clear the course while directing participants to the school building. Cross Country Event Site Directions – Ella Canavan Elementary is located at 825 Lawrence St., Medina, OH, 44256. The start and finish lines of the course can be found in the field on school’s grounds west of the school building.
