For coaches that are entering "B" teams:

1. You will need to Apply for a 2nd account with a different UserID for your School/Sport for the "B" team!
   • You cannot have both the "A" team and the "B" team on the same account!
2. If your school is not listed with a "B" after the regular team name:
   • Click the Add My School link and request that your school is added.
3. If your school is already listed with a "B" after the regular school name
   1. Click on Apply and create a separate account.
   2. Select your School "B" and the Team/Gender/Sport that you are entering.
4. To make your UserID and Password easy to remember:
   • Use your regular e-mail address with a "1" at the end of the address and the same password!
     • Example: Active account: johndoe@aol.com and "B" team account: johndoe@aol.com1
   • Even though the e-mail address won't be valid, we'll know it's for your "B" team!
5. Enter your athletes for the Varsity or "A" Team as you always do:
   1. Use Add/Modify Athletes to enter your varsity roster.
      • You do not have to delete any names if they are already listed on your "A" roster.
   2. Use Submit Event Rosters to submit entries for this tournament.
      1. Click Save/Submit and Print Roster to save entries.
      2. Use the Printable Roster and Confirmation Form button to print a copy for your records.
6. For a Junior Varsity or “B” team, use the “B” account and submit only the athletes on the “B” team!
   1. Use Add/Modify Athletes to enter only the athletes on the "B" team.
      • Do not delete any names if they are already entered on your "A" roster!
   2. Use Submit Event Rosters to submit entries for this tournament.
      • Review the athletes listed.
      • Click Save/Submit and Print Roster to save entries.
      • Use the Printable Roster and Confirmation Form button to print a copy for your records.
7. If there are any problems with the Online Form, click the Help link and submit a Help Request.
   1. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response! * Most responses will be in less than 8 hours.
