We are not finished and will be refining some of the rotines!

School sponsored teams should use the regular school database!
Individuals or clubs (not part of a school sponsored team) will need to setup a club team for entry.
To submit entries into their events: Use My Sports | Track | Submit Rosters

Entry Fee is a flat fee of $10.00 per athlete with a team or school maximum of $100 regardless of the number of entrants.
The athlete may enter up to three (3) events.
Entry Fees are Payable to: Western Ohio Track Officials Association.
They may be mailed to the address below or paid at check-in for the meet.

  • Teams should register through their regular high school track accounts!
  • Entry Window Opens: 12:00 Noon, Sunday, January 8
  • Create an account and use:
    • My Sports | Select Teams  | Get Available School Teams   | Make me the Coach | Repeat for HS Boys or HS Girls Track.
    • My Sports | Track | Modify Athletes | {Select your team} | Get School's Alphabetic Roster to enter the name and grade for each athlete.
  • When the window opens use:
    • My Sports | Track | Submit Rosters | {Select your team} | Get Alphabetic Roster to enter them into their events.
  • Entry Window Closes: 12:00 Noon, Friday, January 13
• Club and Individual Entry Form
  • Entry Window Opens: 12:00 Noon Sunday, January 8
  • Create an account and use My Tools | Add My Club to setup a club.
  • When approved, login and use:
    • My Sports | Select Teams  | Get Available Club Teams  | Make me the Coach | Repeat for HS Boys or HS Girls Track.
    • My Sports | Track | Modify Athletes | {Select your team} | Get Club's Alphabetic Roster to enter the name and grade for each athlete.
  • When the window opens use:
    • My Sports | Track | Submit Rosters | {Select your team} | Get Alphabetic Roster to enter them into their events.
  • Entry Fee $10 per athlete.
  • Entry Deadline: 12:00 Noon, Friday, January 13
