Please read these instructions carefully and communicate the necessary information to your media, fans, and school personnel.

Please do not arrive at Xenia High School before 12 Noon because we are in school that day.

Time Schedule

Friday, February 18, 2005

12:30 PM - Sign-in at head table
1:00 PM - Weigh-in in locker room #?
2:15 PM – Clear Gym
2:40 PM – Coaches Meeting at head table

3:00 PM – 1st session

6:45 PM – Clear Gym

7:00 PM – 2nd session – Second day weigh-ins start when the140lb. quarterfinals begin and conclude 20 minutes after the final match of the evening ends.

Saturday, February 19, 2005

8:30 AM – Gym opens
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Weigh-ins

10:00 AM – 3rd session

4:15 PM – Clear Gym

5:00 PM – 4th session

Rules and Regulations:

Rules and regulations governing the sectional tournaments will, for the most part, prevail in the district tournament. Coaches will be brought up-to-date on anything different by P.A. announcements.

Admission Prices:

There will be four (4) pay sessions. All tickets, each and every session will cost $5 each. Tournament passes will be sold for $18 each and will be punched every session. Tickets are the same price for everyone. We shall clear the gym at least ½ hour before session 1, 2, and 4. Programs will be available session 1 at the ticket gate for $2.

All seating is general admission.

Parking:

Due to school being in session, parking for the first session will be limited to the parking lot on the east side of the gymnasium off Yellowstone Trail. Please park in the designated area only. The Cheerleading Boosters will charge $2 per day for parking.

Locker Assignments:

Assignments will be posted on the doors Friday. Any damage to the locker rooms will be assessed to those using the room. Please report any misconduct to the tournament manager or head table immediately.

Passes:

Each competitor will receive a Team Pass and it must be punched each session. Coaches and Administrators should use the passes given to them by the Southwest District Board. No other passes except OHSAA passes will be honored. Each school will be given 4 additional passes to be used at their discretion. (coaches, stats, managers, etc.)

Hospitality:

There will be a hospitality room for coaches/administrators, tournament workers, and officials. No wrestlers or other school personnel please.

Trainer/Medical Personnel

There will be medical personnel with supplies throughout the tournament.

Videotaping/Photography

All videotaping and photography must be done from the spectator area and shall not interfere with the view of other spectators!

JUST A REMINDER

Xenia High School is in session until 2:23 PM. No one is to leave the gym area once you enter the building. Please remind your wrestlers and any other personnel associated with your team to respect the Xenia Community School system and its rules and regulations.
