OHSAA Sectional Manager Program Files

  1. The Sectional Manager Program is designed to facilitate the transfer of District Qualifier data to the District Manager.
  2. All school names and abbreviations used by the OHSAA are already included in the database and most coach's names are correct!
  3. Between the Consolation Semifinals and Finals (usually during the break) the 6 finalists can be entered.
  4. When the tournament is over and all data is verified, one file QUALIFY.ZIP can be attached to an e-mail and sent to the District Manager.
  5. There is no Sunday meeting and all other materials can be given to the District anytime before the start of the District Tournament!
  6. Please download (Use option 1 below if possible!) and test the sample Sectional Manager Program as soon as convenient.
  1. In Windows 95 or above, the program will automatically create and install into a folder (subdirectory) on drive C called c:\sectmgr
    • Download and print the two Microsoft Word documents first
    • If possible, choose the 1st Option to download the self-extracting zip file and install.
    • If not, use the 2nd Option and download the sectmgr.zip file and extract files.
  2. Download the sample Sectionjal Manager Program.
    • Download the self-extracting zip file: sectmgr.exe
    • Double-click sectmgr.exe to create the folder and install
  3. If you have problems downloading the samples, please send an e-mail to gary@baumspage.com requesting the files as attachments.
