OHSAA Sectional Tournament Program Files

The Sectional Tournament Program is a complete tournament management package!

It is customized for the OHSAA State Tournament series and already includes school names and abbreviations used by the OHSAA
Most of the coach's names are correct but manager will need to verify coach's names before the tournament starts!

With the program, rosters and records are entered at the start and everything is updated automatically as the tournament progresses.

There is also an optional Online Roster and Seed Nomination Form where data entered online can be directly imported "as is"into the tournament program.
Before the Seed Meeting the Seed Nomination List and Team Entry Grid can be posted on the web.

If a web site is being used, the pairings can be posted after the drawing and results can be posted as the tournament progresses .

Tournament brackets, match score sheets, and results are printed for each round.

After the finals in each weight class, 1 page listing the 4 qualifiers and the alternate can be printed and used to verify the accuracy of the data.

When the tournament is over and all data is verified, one file QUALIFY.ZIP can be attached to an e-mail and sent to the District Manager.

Everything is completed on Saturday and barring unforeseen difficulties, booth the Districts Pairings and Participant list by school can be posted on the web before midnight!

There is no Sunday meeting and all other materials can be given the the District anytime before the start of the District Tournament!

If interested please download (Use option 1 below if possible!) and test the sample Sectional Tournament Program as soon as convenient.

Experiment sometime before January 22nd, then attach the sample QUALIFY.ZIP file to an e-mail to support@baumspage.com.
Request actual Sectional Tournament Program for your Sectional and send a sample QUALIFY.ZIP file to the District Manager or designated computer person.

If you are satisfied with the program you currently use, just use the Sectional Manager Program and enter Finalists and District Qualifiers as they become known.

In Windows 95 or above, the program will automatically create and install into a folder (subdirectory) on drive C called c:\sectour Download and print the two Microsoft Word documents first Download the self-extracting zip file and install.
