Baumspage Dual Tournament Predefined Formats
  1. The Baumspage Dual Tournament Manager is setup to allow the user to define and score any dual tournament.
    1. Predefined options include Complete Round Robins, Pool to Bracket, and Bracket Only formats.
    2. The pairings are set to the based on the seeding used in the Baumspage Pool or Round Robin Tournaments.
      1. If seeded, the top teams: #1 vs #2, #3 vs #4, and #5 vs #6 will meet in the final round of the round robins or pools.
      2. Teams can be seeded or assigned to a random order prior to setting the pairings.
      3. Even if you don't seed, you may want to do an "unofficial" ranking based on on personal knowledge.
    3. From the Matches or Startup screen, click Setup Matches
      1. To use a Predefined Format, select the desired format from the dropdown and click Save.
      2. To setup manually, Set the Number of Matches and click Save.
      3. After Saving and Refreshing the screen, you can click Setup Matches again and edit the Match Names.
    4. After saving, use Matches to assign teams to each match..
      1. Assign teams in seeded or preferred order
      2. Start with Match 1 and assign the two teams.
      3. Continue with Match 2 and assign the two teams.
      4. Repeat for all preliminary rounds and matches.
    5. After advancers to the next round or finals are determined, you will need to assign the teams to their next matches.
      1. Click on the Match # for that round.
      2. Select the two teams for each match.
      3. Repeat Steps Above until all matches are set.
    6. Select  the Program Cover or Schedule Template to match your Tournament Format:

      1. Edit the tournament name, date, and time.
      2. List the teams in assigned order.  (Can be seeded or randomly placed.
      3. The suggested seed order highlighted at the right is not included in the defined Print Area.
