Entry Fee: $100 Per School. $50 Per Girls Team and $50 Per Boys Team.

Entries: All entries must be submitted via www.baumspage.com by Thursday, April 18th 2019 at 4pm. (Earlier if Possible)
· Scratches and changes, if necessary, must be made at coaches meeting.
* Exact Substitution Only.
· Only 7th and 8th Grade Athletes Can Compete.
· Athletes can only compete in a total of 3 events (Including Relays).
· Each team is allowed TWO athletes per event. Two boys and Two girls. One Relay team for boys and one for girls.

Meet Information

1. Meet begins at 10:00 a.m. with a coaches meeting at 9:15 a.m.
2. T-shirts will be awarded to the champion of each event. Medals will be awarded to the next two places in each event.
3. Trophies will be presented to the top two teams.
4. Medals and trophies will be handed out to coaches at the completion of the meet.
5. In the Shot Put, and Discus, four attempts will be given to all contestants and then places determined from those attempts. .
6. Coaches, please remind your athletes that they should not leave their field event until the second call, and to be sure to check in and out with the field event judge when leaving and returning.
7. Tents are welcome. Please remind your athletes to clean up any trash around their campsite.
8. Athletes must turn in Pole Vault forms to the Pole Vault Event Judge.
9. A concession stand will be available. Tshirts will be for sale.
10. Lunch will be provided at no cost to coaches.
