Regional Help Files Here are sample files and the flowcharts we use to import Regional data and seed the State Tournament. The Hy-Tek seed by Place and Time may not automatically seed according to OHSAA guidelines!

Import Instructions: html pdf	Prepare folders and master files ahead of time. When data arrives, save it to the proper folder!
Seeding Instructions: html pdf Regional Advancement Formula: Approved in 2011	Hy-Tek seeds all Field Events and Finals automatically. Seed the 16 Semifinals according to OHSAA guidelines! All Semifinals are Seeded by Place and Time! Top 4 Places. All Advancement to Finals is by Place and Time! Top 2 + next 4 best times.
Transfer Qualifier Instructions: html pdf	Four files are needed: Complete Backup, Athletes/Teams, Advancer File, and Complete Results.
Hy-Tek Event Parameters Excel pdf	Excel file includes Event Setup and Seeding Responses.
State and Regional Records	TCL files for Import and Word Documents for review!
